A- Depends who’s asking, for me, it’s any city where I can actually eat without rewriting the menu. Probably Tokyo or Barcelona. Both care about ingredients and balance more than excess.
Q- Country that continues to inspire you?
A- Spain and Morocco. They face each other like mirrors, one refined, one raw, both devoted to beauty and ritual. Moving between them reminds me how culture can flow without borders.

A- Direct Relief. I admire how disciplined and transparent they are. Almost every dollar goes straight to the cause, and their logistics are run with the precision of a top company. It’s proof that compassion and operational excellence can coexist.
